Enduro Africa riders experiences page 3 of 3

My experience on Enduro Africa has once again changed the way I see my everyday life. We have it easy in the UK and coming here has reinforced my belief that indivduals can change things. The donation of the AG200 to Zimbabwe will change other people's lives for the better and I am proud to support Enduro Africa. I will always look back with fond memories of the trip - let's boogaloo!

Was an eye opener, to see how other people live, I made friends for life and improved my riding no end - thankyou Enduro Africa.

I knew Enduro Africa would be amazing as I had done Enduro India, words fail me - which is rare.

Enduro Africa gave me the opportunity to live outside my comfort zone mentally and physically through motorcycling and connecting with the people of South Africa. I had a blast, it was an amazing experience all the way through, you see so much that ordinary tourists just cannot see on this trip! The team were top people.

I like to live life to the full and I have never felt so alive as on Enduro Africa. Even if someone had told me what I would achieve as part of the team it couldn't encapsulate the full experience. There have been many lows but many many amazing highs - too many to mention. Even falling off on the tech stage is a fond memory that will live with me for many years to come. Everyone has come so far from those wobbly first few days and that is just astounding. The bruises and aches will fade those memory's and many friendships will not.

An emotional rollercoaster that tested me and rewarded me with great memories & better riding skills - a mind once stretched never regains it's original dimensions and africa certainly stretched me.

Overwhelming poverty at times, people so happy and friendly when they have nothing - beautiful scenery great food and accommodation and great to know we have helped so many people. Respect to the team, medics and Randy and Barbara Mamola for taking part. This was a truly fantastic experience.

Absolutely awesome at every stage. |

Putting so many people together who have an overwhelming passion for motorcycling and combining that with so much team work and compassion takes a lot of work. The team were always superbly good humoured in the face of adversity. This has to be the best way to see South Africa. Thankyou.

I couldn't have known how emotional the event would turn out to be and what fantastic friends I'd meet. In so many ways it has made me aware how precious life is. It did get a bit lively at times!

Very challenging, great learning opportunity, excellent accommodation and great variety of riding. Enduro Africa has shown me just what a determined group of people can do when they work together to bring a change for the good. I'll never forget.

I have done things I never felt possible and I have so many more friends now. It was intensely emotional on so many levels it will be a long while before it all sinks in.
